Disappointing experience going with Neeeco for our Mass Save insulation project. Would recommend choosing one of the other providers. Several times they rescheduled and then forgot to submit our application to the city (and gave us a BS response that it was lost by the city). Then when the date was scheduled, I got an email on Friday at 5PM that their truck was in the shop and they need to reschedule for ******* after 6 months of trying to get this done. My recommendation, go with another provider - there are many others that will do it.

Although I can see in our internal notes the reasoning for the delays, it is unacceptable and I apologize for the frustration we have caused.
