    I contracted a job on **** loan from this company back in July 2022. I should have seen the red flags when the initial sub-contractors they hired had to be fired days later. 1 year post- job completion (2023) the siding started to have pieces pop out due to not being properly nailed in. I contacted 2 people from here and both told me the same thing. "Send us photos and we will be right over". I sent constant follow *** and still no one came by. Fast forward to 2024...the job is still not fixed! Their contract has 10 year warranty, but no one picks up the phone or answers their calls. This business most likely is dissolved and no one will be able to get their issues fixed.

    The worst. They do not return calls and sub contract all their jobs. Horrible experience

    I had empire come to my house for an estimate on June 15th and I still have not received the quote. I was told I would receive it by a certain date, about a week and its been almost a month. Dont wasnt your time with this company. If they cant respond to your emails, I couldnt image what they would be like to work with!!!
