My husband and I have been clients of NA Fitness Personal Training Studio, LLC, ***** ********, owner and manager, since 9/19/22. On 4/21/25, she sent a group email to all her clients stating that her studio was closed as of that day. She made no mention of refunds to her clients for unused sessions. My husband and I have a total of 277 unused sessions totaling $7079.00. Despite numerous efforts to contact her by phone, texts, or letters, she has been unresponsive. Her payment method was to sell large packages of sessions (usually 100, 50, or 25) in advance of services. She, therefore, collected large sums from her clients, who are now left with significant investments in her services and no offer of refunds. The studio is now closed and all equipment removed from the premises. In addition, Ms. ******** was either dishonest or kept terrible records because when I asked some time ago for an exact count of sessions I had remaining, she told me a number that was about half of the number indicated on my husband's detailed records. I am demanding a full refund for services paid for, but not rendered.

***** the business owner encouraged her clients to purchase sessions before their original sessions were over by offering discounted prices. Many clients took advantage of this. Without any warning she sent out an email that she was closing. A lot of people were out thousands of dollars. She wouldnt respond to anyone. Apparently she is know offering training in *************.
