    Mondy Friend Capital claims to help people convert credit cards to cash. They send you an invoice to pay, and then charge 6% of the total balance plus a $40 conversion fee. Then wire the funds into your bank account. Every thing went according to their plan until it was time for the transfer to my account. I used Plaid to verify my checking account. Several days later there were still no funds. I called them to check on the process, and they said the could not verify my account. I then used Plaid again, and still they couldn't verify my account. The manual took my account information and said it would be 24 to 72 hours for the funds to arrive. One week later, there were still no funds. Theyy claim the funds have been released an d should be I'm my account. Upon checking, there are still no funds. They told me to check with my bank. ******* had no records for any transfers or incoming transfers. I checked with Mondy Friend to verify the account number and routing numbers, which are correct. It has now been 3 days since I verified the proper account information. They will not respond to my texts or calls any more. This company is committing fraud.
