Refund and Exchange Policy

All DNA testing services are non-refundable once booked and paid for. If rescheduling is necessary, clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A grace period of up to five days is available for rescheduling, allowing flexibility at no additional cost. However, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service charge.

For clients on payment plans, timely payments are essential, and late fees may apply for any delayed or failed payments.
