      I worked here for almost 2 years and I can say that ************************* does not care about his employees which made the company into what it is today sadly he does not recognize his employees like his dad *** used to now the company turned into a (lets take from the workers and make us rich routine) as they constantly cut hours to their staff and keeps expecting them to do the same amount of work for the same amount of time. Also theres this time and attendance clock in/out which the employees have to use their OWN phone to be able to punch in/out from the jobsite upon arrival/exit and sometimes it would not work accordingly and the employees had hard time being able to punch in/out the job Was done and the office especially *************************** (vp) knew that the job was done but would try her hardest not to pay the person and in 98% of time the job was done but she would not pay the person for not punching in/out so we would have to take money from our own pockets to make it right with the cleaning staff as we felt it was not fair. Overall ************************* is very immature,very unprofessional, and just a very hard person to keep happy there is no organization or structure within the company the management position seems to always be a revolving door and is due to ******* not giving the time and opportunity.
