      I would highly recommend spending your money with a different brand, especially when it comes to cleats. We bought our teenage son a pair of $150 cleats for soccer. He had them for less than a month and all of the shoelaces broke. After reaching out to ****, they said it would take 5-10 business days to get a response. It took them about 3 weeks to finally get back. After sending them photos of the shoes, they determined it was not a manufacturing defect and that it was due to wear and tear on the cleats. No cleat should have the laces break after wearing them for a few weeks (only a few days per week). I was extremely disappointed in how **** handled this complaint and we will not be buying their product in the future. I highly recommend finding a different brand. Very disappointed in a brand that should be focused on customer satisfaction. You can see from other reviews that this is not a company to buy from.

      I was just about to purchase shoes for my son online and everywhere on the website, including in the shopping cart, there are buttons saying I can get 20% my purchase. Clicking the button, you are asked to submit your email address to their mailing list and they send you a 20% code, a code that actually doesn't work. There are no disclaimers on the email opt in, but when I called them they said that the code only works on certain items. Again, there are no limitations in their legal disclaimer. It's likely that you are only getting the discount on unpopular items, although they never say this. This 20% off button is actually on the top of the cart with your undiscounted item inside! They are telling you in no uncertain terms that you can get 20% off without limitation in legal language. This clearly a bait and switch mechanism to get your email. The customer service rep had no explanation. Beware of Puma.

      I can't view one of my 3 orders on my account through the app or on the website? I cant even check the status of my order or find my order on the puma app or website?(missing order number 00190-US65290163)I've emailed multiple times with no response and called with the automated service keeps kicking my calls? BUYING FROM PUMA BEWARE!!

      Purchased a pair of shoes through your **** store and returned them I have not received a refund yet and your **** account wont even return my messages I even contacted your support number and they are not help

      I have been waiting over the ***** allotted business days for a refund from online order #*****-US64763881 from PUMA. I have spoken and emailed the company but still no refund . PLEASE HELP.!!! I will NEVER order online from this company. Thank you for your attention to my issue.

      I placed an order. Needed to cancel it about an hour after placing it. Could not find a cancel button anywhere, so i called PUMA. Was told order would be cancelled, all is well. I place a new order on the presumption my last order was cancelled. Low and behold it was NOT. They shipped that order and my new order. So not only was i lied to, the customer rep knew i was gonna place a new order and feel they did not cancel it intentionally for what ever reason, unimportant at this time. I call to tell then it was a mistake on their end and that money was part of my rent money, i need it back right away considering it was a mistake on the companys end. Was denied a refund until the wrong item THEY shipped was sent back. Fast forward 20 mins after the call im getting a $21 refund. So not only did i get the run around once again i was lied to. This customer service needs to be looked into and the company website needs to be checked for bugs. I can order from anyone else but i order from them to support directly. Sad to say they ruined that for themselves. Was also promised a 20% discount which i did not want because i wont be a returning customer and didnt even get that. Lies after lies after lies. Avoid doing business with them. Even multi million dollar companys have bills and seem to take advantage even when they can

      Ordered shoes almost 2 weeks ago. The tracking has it going in circle and was supposed to be delivered last Saturday. Reached out to them 10 times with no one returning my emails.until finally got ahold of a customer rep on phone and they said they cant do anything about it until its stuck in one place for 10 days. So Im out of my money. If it continues to be sent from a nearby state to another state in a circle I will never get my money back. Worse company ever, will never purchase anything there again.

      I brought $400 worth of shoes for me and my kids for XMAS. Unfortunately Puma shoes run a little bigger then other shoes so I had to return them by ******Tje return go lost in shipment and I didnt keep the tracking number now Puma refusing to return my money or products.

      First and last time I will buy from PUMA.Bought a pair of ***** MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes a few months ago for my son. He just started wearing them the past month for his Basketball team. He only wears them indoors. The insoles are already tearing and a hole has formed in both pairs. The insoles are glued in so they can't be replace. He has been getting blisters from the holes being formed. These shoes have been worn less than 20 times. Sent multiple emails to customer service. Took 15 days to get a response and today got the following, (Unfortunately, we can only accommodate for products that are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. We do not provide replacements or refunds for items that have experienced normal wear and tear that comes with frequent use or time. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration: How often the item is worn, how much pressure is applied to the front, side and or heel of the MB.01 Be You Basketball Shoes, as well as environmental factors that *** affect the quality) I spent $135 on these shoes for my son and this seem ridiculous that they can not at least send some new insoles. This is our first purchase with PUMA and will be our last. I will never order from your company again. Going back to **** for all our shoe purchases. I guess this is why PUMA can't compete with **** and other top brands. I have learned my ****** with my hard earned money wasted on your product. I have photos if needed.*****
