I wish I could give 0 stars. I find nothing positive in regards to this company. Back in March I consolidated my credit cards to help me lessen my debt. I am out of work currently and they said I could resume my payments in September. My dilemma is that I have no idea where my money is going and only now about 1 credit card being payed. This organization lies. How can they say their a Christian *** business and deserves a high rating from the BBB? No respect for me as a client. They told me I threw my emails and mail away. I never received anything from them at at all $900 later, including my spam folder. The owner is rude, arrogant and judgmental. I deserve to know what my money is paying. It's my debt and my money and I refuse to have someone lie to me!!!

It's unfortunate that the validity of these reviews cannot be evaluated before they're posted.

This client started our program by making the first payment at the end of April for the agreed upon amount. Everything was excellent for the first three months. We had even sent a welcome kit with a free paperback version of the "The Debt Dietician's Blueprint for Financial Fitness.," which is sold on *************** and elsewhere. This client also had a welcome *** sent to her house via mail with her user name and login so that she could see all the transactions. This program is 100% transparent.

As far as results go, the client saw her first settlement in less than three weeks of her first monthly draft. She did not have to wait for results, the balance on her *********** card was $1,213.34 and we settled the debt for $546.00, which is less than half the balance. We are very proud of that result.

On 7/22/24 this client called up and her personality changed tremendously from her previous decorum. Said she wanted to freeze her payments because she lost her job and cannot afford payments.

Due to being unemployed, she was very angry and erratic on the phone and wouldn't let our agent speak. She terminated the phone call. The next day she called in again, we assured her that we weren't drafting her during the time that she was unemployed, however, she wouldn't allow us to speak. She just wanted to talk over us and not let us help. It's a very sad situation when someone really needs the help, it's possible to help them, but they aren't able to be helped due to something beyond your control.

In the telephone call, she said that she deleted the paperwork that she had signed when she moved forward with us. Also in that conversation a few minutes later she said that she didn't delete them, and then she claimed that we never send them. She says that she "never received anything from them at at all."

By default, when a client signs up via email, a copy gets generated and sent to the client after it's executed. It's how the third party software works, each and every time. We do not control this software nor have access to the coding. This software employs PCI DSS approved encryption algorithms, and there is no way for us to edit the software to prevent her from getting her signed copy. She got the copy - just like everyone else does.

However, this wasn't even a problem, because while she was on the telephone she was emailed copy of the signed paperwork instantly. She even acknowledged all of that.

Although, her anger really stemmed from her unemployment, her anger continued to grow because she was unable to open a PDF document, causing her to scream and use vulgar language. We continued to help her by sending her a copy of the settlement agreement previously spoken about in a jpg (again PDFs don't work for her) and she couldn't see the jpg image either. This issue caused her anger to grow even more. We are a debt relief company, and we can help to some degree with IT, we're not an IT company.

If you carefully read what she says, her review mirrors the some of the erratic language in the previous call, "I am out of work currently and they said I could resume my payments in September." So here she admits that we honored her request. If we have no respect for her as a client, why would we have performed all the aforementioned? If I was a debt relief client and they saved me a lot of money on a debt and said I could skip payments, I would be happy.

Again, it's sad when it's possible to help someone, and you can't, but you know you could.

Through the call, she was peppering us with demands and questions and didn't let us help or speak much at all. There's a balancing act and we don't want to yell over people. There is good news for her. With her program, she opted to include a type of insurance so that if she can prove her unemployment we can have up to three of her monthly payments made.

So if this client can hurry up and contact us back, she can work together to file a claim to get potentially qualified to have up to three of her program payments paid. That way we can lock down one or two more accounts - she only has a total of 5 more to go. If she has 3 or 4 debts to go, she's seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

It's our opinion, given the facts, she would have been angry no matter who answered the phone that day. We cannot control the decisions of her former employer. We cannot fix her IT problems. We can however fix her debt.

In sum, we were hired for debt relief, and this consumer received a 5 star service, considering the results of her debt reduction, us sending her documents multiple times and in multiple formats (PDF and JPG), and for the fact that she could possibly qualify to get unemployment coverage for her program.
