    PURCHASED A CAKE FOR A 50TH BIRTHDAY DINNER- HOWEVER THE CAKE WAS A "NO SHOW". AT 1ST THE COMPANY SEEMED LAIKE THEY CARED. BUT TURNS OUT I WAS WRONG...AFTER MULTIPLE E-MAILS, LEFT VM'S ON COMPANY PHONE. NOW AVOID THE CUSTOMER-HOPING I WILL GO AWAY. I CERTAINLY WILL WHEN MY $104.99 IS CREDITED BACK TO MY CC. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION...PURCHASE YOUR GIFT FOR A LOVED ONE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE.........

    Hi PJ,

    After further investigation with our delivery carrier, we were informed that the shipping address was entered incorrectly which is why it was not delivered as expected. It is stated on our website that we cannot be held responsible when a customer enters the address incorrectly since it is completely out of our control. We also provide a 15 minute window for customers to edit the shipping address through the email confirmation. We appreciate your business and hope you understand. Thank you!

While it is stated on our website and at checkout that delivery is estimated, I went ahead and refunded you the shipping cost for this inconvenience. I hope the cake was a big hit! Take care ?

    Company should not be in business!!!I ordered two cakes and paid EXTRA for my Granddaughters cake to arrive today for her Graduation and it has NOT been shipped yet! I have reached out the Surprise Cake company via email and social media with NO response! I could not attend her graduation and was trying to make the day special. I guess the surprise is on me as not I have nothing to give her. It appears there a several complaints regarding this company and I am out over $200 for the two cakes I purchased. BUYER BEWARE

    We are sorry to see that ***** delayed one of your Surprise Cakes. From looking at your two orders, I see one was delivered on time on 06/15 and the other was supposed to be also delivered on Saturday 06/15 but was delayed until 06/17. Since you paid for Rush Next Day Delivery on this, we went ahead and issued you a refund for this order. We do everything in our control to ensure orders arrive on the selected delivery dates, however carrier delays do unfortunately happen and they are out of our control. You should have already received your refund confirmation email from us, please know it may take several business days for the funds to get reversed to your payment method.

    It's the same desperate situation as all the others. The website grabbed my address from my credit card as the delivery address rather than allowing me to enter something else. Based on these comments, I guess I should see if my credit card has scam protection. BUMMER. It would have been a fun surprise.

    The feature your are referring to that "grabbed" your address is autofill/express checkouts, which most website use to enhance checkout speed.

    CUSTOMER ****** IS NO EXISTENT. THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYBODY WHICH IS VERY SUSPICIOUS. HAD A PROBLEM WITH A DELIVERY ADDRESS AND SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. MY DELIVERY WILL NEVER REACH THE PERSON I ORDERED IT FOR SO I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST MY MONEY I TRULY WONDER IF THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFOR I PURCHASED IT

    terrible business!. i really splurged on this and fed ex kept delaying the delivery and then weeks later they said they sent it back to the company. i have emailed, called, messaged, sent videos, and yet they still will not refund me! Absolutely horrible experience. My daughter really deserved something special for her celebration and instead she got nothing and I was charged 62 dollars!!

    I would give negative if it gave me that option. There was a problem with the address and I have attempted to contact them numerous times. I tried the chat option, left two messages, and emailed the contact info. They have never responded. There was a phone number on my order that they never called to fix the address. This was supposed to be delivered on June 1, for my godaughter's 18th birthday. What a disappointment to have this company that was on Shark tank and advertises a great product. This has been going on for 5 days and not one person has reached out. I have disputed with my credit card company and will continue to try to contact them until this is resolved. They need to shut down their website until they can get their act together!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely the worst customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing. I spent $112.00 for a Surprise Cake with pictures and a gift card for my grandsons birthday. It was never delivered. I tried to adjust the address with Fed Ex and was told the sender had a restriction on the package and only they could change the address. No one would help me.This is what I finally received from SC After taking a look into the address, I can see that this is an apartment complex that requires unit numbers. It seems as though there may have been confusion when the shipping address was entered. In the case that a unit number is missing, ***** has nowhere to deliver the package. Unfortunately, once an order is processed and shipped, we are no longer able to accommodate modifications or issue a refund for a wrong address issue.We really appreciate your business and I hope you understand. Best,**** This is poor customer service and a $$ loss Do not order from this company

    Horrible customer service only thru email inappropriate response never got graduation cake sent to my nephew in ***** was surpose to have another sent over a week now nothing graduation has come and gone this company should be shut down such a scam . **** disappointment still waiting for my refund

    Concept would be nice but they don't deliver on their product at all. I ordered for my son's 21st birthday and specified April 29 delivery date. ***** tracking said it would be delivered on time however it sat somewhere in transit until May 1 while I tried several times to reach someone at the company. They never responded to any of my inquiries. To add insult to injury, I specifically stated do NOT leave package on doorstep (there have been items stolen previously) and that is exactly what they did. Now I am out $200 and my son's one and only milestone birthday was ruined when he didn't even get a gift from his own parent. The company still hasnt returned any of my emails or requests for assistance.
