    NO 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! I submitted a refund form, to which I was responded with "After carefully reviewing your request, it appears that there weren't sufficient notes (provided)". I asked what was missing, to provide the additional necessary details. They responded with "each customer is only eligible for one refund request." Meaning if they say something is missing, additions will be a new form and they only accept one refund request per customer. They have multiple blocks and good PR answers for every reasonable request to fulfill their policies. Please be aware!!

    Were very sorry to hear about the frustrations youve encountered in the refund process, and we understand how disappointing it must be to feel your concerns haven't been fully addressed. That being said, our Money Back Guarantee is thoroughly outlined on our website, and we're very happy to accommodate customers who complete the process accordingly. In fact, out of all refund requests, we approve of around 50% of them. The few requests that do get rejected are largely due to very notable breaches in the Guarantee, such as missing key information.

    Unfortunately, this cat allergen neutralizing spray did not work as promised. We spent nearly a month working to keep our precious kitten before we were forced to re-home him, due to severe allergies that could not be ignored. We made several purchases, including a subscription order. Now, after nearly a month of trying the product exactly as recommended and per the instructions, Pacagen has stated that they will not refund our purchase. We requested a refund because of the product's questionable efficacy and/or effectiveness. The product did not work to reduce cat allergens in our home.Please note that after reaching out to customer service regarding the refund request, I was asked to complete a lengthy online refund questionnaire where I was required to document and track our Pacagen usage and results over a three-week period. Four days later, and after not hearing from them, I sent a follow up email to customer service. They responded promptly to let me know that I did not qualify for a refund per their guaranty. I have emailed them with a request for further information about why I didnt qualify for a refund and, to this date, they have not ********** addition, I have left several reviews in various media (including social) outlets, with honest feedback about the product including the refund experience, and now find that my comments/reviews have been deleted. Pacagen has also blocked me from their ******** account. I have initiated a charge back dispute via my bank. Buyer Beware.

    We have a fairly generous refund policy in that we refund the majority of people who submit requests. We aim to be very responsible to our customers. Our questionnaire is there to gather information on the usage of the product given that it is a new product and some customers may not be using it correctly. Our team deemed that your request did not fit the refund criteria.     *********. I would ask you to elaborate on why your team deemed my refund request to be outside your generous refund policy, but it would be a waste of time. You wont reply and it doesnt matter now, nearly 8 months after I submitted this review on BBB. You are a sham company and Im hopeful that someone will see this exchange and decide not to buy this product. Grateful to BBB for providing this review option to consumers who have been swindled by dishonest companies such as yours.
