      Contractor was hired to do full foundation for a 18x18 addition to our home. He was to excavate, form and pour footings, form and pour walls, backfill with stone and fill, pour floor and then waterproof all of foundation. Contractor started job and then stopped showing up. He dug the hole for the foundation and let it sit for months. Ground water then found its way into the hole and flooded our yard. He had the foundation footings poured which cost $600. ******** ended up being the wrong dimensions which threw off the entirety of the plans for the addition. He did not continue to work on the foundation after footings and in turn has destroyed my yard and left everything in complete disarray. He took all of his tools and forms from property and stopped responding to me when I asked for my money to be refunded.

      Total job price $110,000 Paid the VMT contractor a deposit of $40,000 VMT contractor was paid install a 3 bedroom basement apartment . The contractor should have followed all licensing and legal procedures. VMT demod the basement , left all debris and never returned to complete the job.When asked about completing the job, I was told my job was an inside job and they wanted to complete all outside jobs they were currently working on.I have incurred additional fees and damages from VMT starting the job and not finishing the job.

      ************************************ and his company assured me that they could fix mu garage foundation. On 6/14/23 they signed a contract. He requested ******** to start the job. The total would be ******. He states the job would be completed in 3 weeks. On 6/21 they started an interior support wall. They had not returned until 7/8 with excuses as to why they could not come. Finally on 7/7 they dug up the side of the garage. Severed the cable line. Could not fix and we had to call ******** They were supposed to come back in 7/8 and never came. **** always had excuses for why they couldnt come. 7/11 two workers came with no tools and sat around for hours and then left with no work completed. After much frustration **** was fired and with the agreement that he would return ******** dollars. After several text messages, calls and promises and picture of him holding the money this money has still not been returned as of today. Then we found out he never pulled a permit and there is still a large hole and he caused more damage than good. Now an engineer has to be involved and this is costing a lot more money. Unfortunately he is a thief and after research we see he has done this too many individuals. We just want our money back. Please help us and stop him from doing this to others. Thank you

      The contract is about building the garage foundation. signed contract 03/24/22, but not done until setp-22. after a days the floor started cracking and the foundation floor not even. the contractor came back to check and made a promise to fix the foundation, but he kept promising week after and never show up to do the work. Both parties agree that I will pay for the materials and the contractors take the labor cost, but never happen. what I just need is this contractor to fix my foundation.

      Contracted a Foundation and cement floor on 6/17/2022; Contract stated July 17, 2022 completion. Numerous No call No Shows to finish project. Keeps scheduling concrete delivery for days of Rain where he has to reschedule (Since September 2022)Walls are finished but concrete floor is not, Has pushed building contractor back until Spring at the very least. Walls are not properly level, Will cause issues with building install. Have asked numerous times for a new contract put in place, to no response or willingness to resolve.
