      I'm taking an education course which covers design tutorials. Many of these tutorials link to purchase fonts from "MyFonts" so that we can follow along with the exact same fonts in their designs. When I go to the links provided on Myfonts.com there is an option to sign up to a yearly subscription for only $99. This is much more cost effective than purchasing each font separately. I chose to sign up to the yearly subscription. However, once I signed up I quickly realized that NONE of the several fonts that I need access to are included in their subscription. Why would the link to the subscription be included on the purchase page of the individual font I was needing, if THAT font is not included in the subscription??? Once I realized that I did not have access to any of the fonts I needed with that subscription, I emailed the company, letting them know that I had NOT downloaded or used any fonts, and that I needed to cancel my subscription and asked them to please provide me with a refund. They refused to send me a refund. I feel like it was false advertising, as I thought I would have access to those fonts once I signed up, and I do not. I am a single mother, and a student. I cannot afford to spend $100 on something that is of no value to me. I am asking that this company provides me with a refund, and cancels my subscription so that I'm not charged again for something I have no use for.
