      I called because we had a back-up in our gray water drain, and the washing machine water was backing up into the house. The same thing had happened several years ago, and another company came out and pulled about 20 feet of tree roots out of the line, and said that it would happen again, and left it at that.**** came out first, and was joined by ***** soon after in the water jet truck. They were both professional and courteous, and most of all, patient with me, as this is my parents' house and I couldn't find any of the paperwork on the drain or leaching field, any repairs, etc.Using a line-fed camera and the water jet, they identified and cleared the blockage, again small tree roots and sediment, and also a broken pipe, which is the reason for these things being in the pipe to start with. They were able to mark the approximate area of the broken pipe in the yard, helped me to measure it out and take pictures in case the marking was moved, and explained what would be done for the repair, that I would have to contact DigSafe, the amount of margin they would need around the marked area, and submitted all of the info back to the office for an estimate.I was pleased and impressed the entire time by their knowledge and professionalism, and that they explained what was being done and why. They will definitely be the ones to call for any future drain issue, as well as will be doing my repairs. I will definitely share this with anyone who is in need of these services.

      This business really deserves more than 5 stars. Today there was great problem solving skill with minimum disruption. The guys were the best. I have called this place twice now as my house has a good many drains. Highly recommend and price was well worth it because the drains are full of bends and hard to reach areas. Keep up the great work!Drains By James is my go-to for tough problems - thanks!

      *** and Drains byJames provided excellent service. Listened to my history of sewer main backups. Diagnosed and documented the problem. Fixed sewer main in short term and shot video to help inform long term solution. Very professional. Left no mess. Improved accessibility to sewer main clean out. Will call Drains by James in the future and recommend to friends.

      ****** came to my house for a flooded basement. he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and advised us how to handle in the future. he also made some recommendations about existing drainage.
