    Home Serve sent me a letter with all my personal information saying that my water line from my home to the city water supply was 23 years old and it's my responsibility to repair it should it need it. They wanted to charge me $44 a year for pipe insurance. I use my own well water not the city. I've always had a well. This seems like a scam and to an older person might worry them to fall for this.

    To whom it may concern I have had a horrible experience with home serve tried to work the situation out they have not returned any of my calls or text to cooperate the have made decisions on my behalf with out my consent even trying to use money as a way to make me do what they want hope a resolution can be found that I am in agreement too

    HORRIBLE! NO CALL BACKS! LEFT MUTIPLE MESSAGES. MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER HAS BEEN WITHOUT HEAT OFF/ON FOR TWO WEEKS! 50 MINUTES AFTER THEY LEFT ON WEDNESDAY, THE HEAT WENT OUT AGAIN! MULTIPLE CALLS!!! NO CALL BACKS!!!! EVEN LEFT MESSAGES FOR A SUPERVISOR!!!ZERO STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
