    The only registrar that has gone above and beyond for me. After years of frustration with a few of the most known registrars, I decided to try out Encirca. They not only walked me through how to get the best security I wanted for my business, but they also were always around on the phone for consulting. I was able to get up and running in no time with a website more protected than anything the others offered. Cannot recommend enough

    I think it's a family business, two brothers. They appear to be intelligent people as you can see for yourself if you look into them more closely and look at their credentials. I wouldn't discourage anyone from doing business with them based on anything related to their product or offerings, but the *** is an entirely unlikable human, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of more. I've seen him speak publicly, I've spoken with him directly, and I've spoken with others who have interacted with him. He should probably not be directly interacting with customers. That said, I'm not taking into account the ***'s personality for this rating, otherwise I'd give one star like Antero W gave. And I don't think this is a bad review either. The product is improving, but they need to invest in some of the front end UI/UX improvements big time. Give them a little time, and if they listen to all feedback, including critical feedback, they'll probably be a much bigger player in the space and ultimately be ripe for acquisition.

    Ordered in Feb 2022. Waited patiently for nearly six months because they told me to from the second email. [ P.S. If you are a new EnCirca customer, you will receive a separate email with your Customer Information login information to manage your domain. Please be on the look-out for this important email (and please be sure to check your spam filters). ]So, third email never came. I sent an email to Support at end of July. They would not refund because of passed grace ************ talk me down on passed grace ******* I was told by support that my domain did not appear in system until April. That's way passed grace ******* moron.I want the world to know how dirty you are. Never doing business with you again EVER.
