    I have been trying to resolve a billing error with be safer at home since October 2023 they keep sending me a bill and I have not had the product since October 2023. I have called numerous times sent a couple letters and nobody will respond or get the situation resolved. If you could help us out that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    After researching the issue, our records show a billing adjustment on each charge with an ending balance of $0.00.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    We are still receiving bills for a product we do not have with this company. We get no response from them when contacted. Would like the bills to stop as the amount keeps growing. Thank you

    We have confirmed the device was returned and is offline.  Balance has been credited.  Should not receive another bill.

    Am trying to cancel my daughters be safe at home alert system as she is now in a skilled nursing facility and does not need it at this time. No one answers my phone calls

    Hello, please accept our apologies for the late response.  The person receiving the notices has changed roles.  In response to the complaint; the account close request was received on 1/3/2023 and the billing to ********** ****************************** was stopped the same day.  A return label request was submitted however if the label was not received we would be happy to send a new label or a technician to pick up the unit.  I am looking into the concern of your calls not being answered.  The numbers are being reviewed by our telephony team to see when the calls came in and why they were potentially not answered. I have left a message on the phone number provided and followed up with an email.
