I had an Ellacor treatment at the Aesthetic Centres on December *******. The practitioner who used the device on me was persuading me to come and get this treatment done over email we had a back and forte conversations. I was told that if I leave them a positive review as well after the treatment that she will apply an exosome gel on my face after. This after care with exosome gel is part of the service they offer but she made seem like it was an added service for leaving them a review. During the treatment I asked her to make sure the vacuum suction of the Ellacor device is turned on because I did my research I knew that if the cores cut out by Ellacor are not suctioned out they would stay in the skin and cause scarring and no tightening. She said the suction does not work properly and that she emailed the company and that they emailed her something about an update. She stated that she will manually wipe the cores away with a surgical cloth (this doesnt work if you understand how the technology works. But u let her do the treatment and I expected some redness and a healing period of atleast 7-10 days, but now I am 7 weeks post treatment and my skin is destroyed by this technology. It has left me with severe pigmentation, no tightening because as she said the suction doesnt work so it obviously didnt remove the cores, and worse of all pin holes all over my face that look like enlarged pores. My skin has since become even more lax, the opposite of what it is suppose to achieve. When I contacted her she gaslighted me saying you asked for an aggressive treatment and that there is no option to turn on the vacuum suction. When anyone that understands how this device works and seen it being used knows the settings. I contacted the head office for Ellacor and they said theres nothing they can do. This is so upsetting as I have spent $6000 usd just to get this done because I came out of country and now my skin is damaged and there turning their back on the issue
