      I placed an online order at Dominos Pizza at *************************************************************************************. I attempted to use my credit card to place the order. I was told the card was unsuccessful and to enter the card information again. So I did so and again the online application told me to re-enter my card information a 3rd time. All the while I was getting pending transaction notifications on my cell phone and laptop. When the driver finally showed up with the food, he demanded cash for the order. I told him that there is already a pending transaction for the order and that they would receive the money upon completion of the order. The driver still demanded that I pay cash or he wasn't giving me my food. I was in the phone with his manager at the time of the delivery and they took demanded I pay cash for the order after my credit card was charged. I told them I was not going to pay a second charge of the same amount that credit card was charged. They still demanded the cash or they were taking my food back. So I paid the delivery driver cash because I wanted my food and I knew that I could always call my credit card company after. After paying the delivery driver cash even after they charged my credit card he jumped into his car and drove off. But he drove off without leaving me a receipt. But I do have the receipt from the online order and my banking information. I believe totally that the Domino's Pizza at ************************************************************************************* is scamming customers credit/debit cards and then demanding cash upon delivery claiming what they quoted me, " don't worry about it, it just a pending charge. It hasn't been paid yet!" This is what they claimed to me but when I called credit card company I was told that pending charges almost always gets paid out. And then a customer has to call back the credit card company to file a discrepancy. My credit card company also told them have been hearing about situation of this nature and took note of the issue.
