      The ***************** is managed by ******. I lived there nearly 6 years. Once this company took over it had gone down dramatically. The rent prices increased without repairs or upgrades. I had to terminate my lease due to safety/health concerns. I left multiple calls and went to the office to discuss. I had an bees hive in my home. In the light fixtures in my son's room and staircase. Along with that. There was mold in the closet .which was never addressed . They were aware of my sons allergy to bees and nothing was done for months. Until I noticed management that I was terminating my lease, but that was too late. I had exposed tacks from the carpet that wasn't addressed. Broken fridge storage drawers that they wouldn't fix. A vanity which was ordered for the master bathroom because if cracking around the sink. Which was never placed. Also the gate system malfunction causing damage to my car. I notified the police and made a report. Per the officer. Stated it falls on the property management because it's a malfunction of the gate. I emailed management and they said it's not there responsibility. I placed a ****** review with pictures of bees, mold and damage to my car.I have on going emails because they lost my original lease and wanted me to sign another one that had a different property management. ******************** and they increased the rental insurance. I refused to sign. This is part of my ****** review. Staff member *******, is a con artist. They wanted to hold my security deposit because I broke my lease for unhealthy living conditions, I then had my car damaged because of a sensor issue, at first ******* acknowledged responsibility for the damage offering to give my security deposit back however, we had a conservation stating it was against the law to hold my deposit for a health issue and I would minus my security deposit amount from the final rent payment and she agreed.The gate system has been a problem for years. They are horrible!

      The resident opened a work order in September regarding bees, however there was confusion as to where the bees were.  The outside of the apartment was treated.  The resident then had mildew in their closet, however they did not put in a work order.  They came to us in November saying that their issues weren't resolved.  We offered to meet with them, however they refused to let any of our team into their apartment.  They then stated that they wanted to move out early. Based upon their experience at the property, we agreed.  Before moving out, they were at the gate and someone stopped short in front of them and the gate closed on their car.  We attempted to get information on the other car involved to help her with a claim, however the license plate couldn't be read.  They moved out owing a balance, so we did not refund their security deposit, which they agreed to verbally.  We feel badly that this resident did not have a positive experience at our property, however we did our best to be responsive to their needs and provide them with a quality place to live.  Thank you for reading. - The Dolben Company, Inc.

      Dolben Management Company, Specifically ********************, Violated my Privacy . When trying to resolve the matter, *************************** (Dolben) and ***********************(********************), disregarded such a serious event. It has resulted in Me Being forced to move due to safety reasons. Its Unfair and I will be seeking Further action.

      I don't know where to start but can say this has been the worst experience of my life regarding a rental property in ********.1. The lease says "drug use" is not tolerated, yet you can witness drug deals going down on the playground and the hallways ALWAYS smell like marijuana.2. I caught a guy actively ******* in the elevator, exposing himself, and reported it to management. They did nothing and the elevator continued to smell like urine, with no effort to permanently fix the issue. 3. They don't enforce residents cleaning up after their dogs, even when you provide proof of which dog and which owner violate the policy, so the entire property is useless to those of us who want to venture outside because it stinks of dog ****.4. The billing department can't figure out how to provide the correct date for your rental history and have the wrong dates on everything. It makes me wonder if they are trying to s**** people out of money in some way. 5. When I moved out, I gave 60 days' notice but moved out early due to a family emergency. I paid the 2 months of rent and a "lease buyout" fee. They didn't inform me of the final inspection and are claiming the carpet has to be replaced because it "smells like a dog". They are charging me for the carpet but have failed to provide the inspection report or any documentation about the pet deposit credit or a receipt for the carpet replacement. 6. The leasing manager for my apt was absolutely rude and unprofessional and speaks over you when you try to ask a question. Requested an opportunity to speak to the Regional manager and it just gets kicked down to the property management.7. They violated state law by not sending a certified letter with the date and time of the inspection.I will never rent from any place remotely associated with the Dolben company. The experience has impacted my health by causing high blood pressure and anxiety.I wouldn't even give them a 1-star rating if there was another option.

      Assistant Property Manager, ***************************** of The Southerly conducts very unethical business practices. She is discriminatory against selective persons. She has violated several privacy laws and has violated confidentiality as well. She is very unprofessional and has hidden motivates with a certain type of person. It seems that upper management takes blatant discrimination from their staff lightly because no disciplinary actions has taken place with all evidence provided regarding her unethical business practices. She responds selectively to emails. She is incompetent. She is poor representation for this entity. She has caused me mental anguish , emotional distress, and she has possibly jeopardized my place of business from her uncalled for actions. After my experience with her, I am deciding to file a civil complaint with ****************************** to ensure she is held accountable and no one else ever has to go through an experience like this again.

      My neighbor hit my friends car with their drone broke the back window and they say it was a bird. Since when do birds break windows on cars! No resolution even with police reports. Birds dont fly into windows but drones do. ************** care with low income residents my next door neighbor has no heat in her bedroom for 4 years. Residents are catty the garage has no speed limits no lines for middle driving and they wont let LEAN in to do window seals. I have second hand appliances while all other residents have new appliances. Your not allowed to feed the birds unless your a resident on the other side of the building so nothing makes sense.
