      I got my car fixed by the manager ***** **** he charged me $900 for a fender light and brakes. I was told that he was going to fix my muffler. He charged me for it and he never did. He claimed that my exhaust cost $800 but never told me that until after I picked up my car and I asked him now I have been trying to reach out to them because I plan on taking him to court. I have all the evidence that he worked on my car at the shop. He has yet to give me any invoices for the parts that he bought. He zip tied my fender to the front , my back brakes are still rotted. I have called the shop multiple times to get an invoice on the stuff that he supposedly paid for exactly what he charged me for and they keep giving me the runaround. I will continue to call them, but I wouldnt even bother working with the shop. Its unprofessional. Im probably just going to report the whole shop in court . Do not bring your car to this shop They are fraudulent.

      I brought my car into your *******, ** location for an oil change on 10/17/24. Nothing more. I dealt with ********. I drove the car to your facility and it arrived in fine working condition. I picked up the car, paid for the oil change and moved along. On 10/23/24, I am in traffic and every warning light comes on my dashboard, one indicating that the engine has no oil. That cant be, I assume-since the car was just in for an oil change a few days before. I immediately pulled over to determine what was going on. I pulled the dipstick, and it was bone dry. After waiting twice for *** over a period of hours, the technician arrived and confirmed the car had no oil, showed the oil had leaked out of the car and was caked to the bottom of the vehicle. The *** technician indicated that there was a problem with how the oil plug was secured after the oil change. I called Hogan Tire on 10/24/24, advised them of this and that I was on the way with the *** tow truck in my *********** technician corroborated my assessment. Your staff says that I will be called as soon as the car is on the lift. I tell them that I will remain in the area until that happens and that I will be there when the car goes on the lift. To my surprise, your company calls me, tells me that the engine will be fine and was caught it in time, and that I should be relieved. I was relieved and suspicious. When I came to get my car, **** apologized multiple times, confirmed that the person who completed the oil change did not do it correctly, that there was an issue was with the oil plug, and all the oil drained from the car. He thanked me for being gracious, and refunded me for the cost of the oil change,assuring me the engine is fine. It isnt fine. I drove the car home. It sounded OK for maybe 2 miles. After calling on 11/5, I was told they would not replace the engine. The car completely died the evening of 11/5/24.
