      The installers of our doors were excellent. They didnt miss any detail, were pleasant, polite but most importantly were expert at the work. As a retired contractor I know they did everything correctly.

      Our installer, *************************, is a Diamond in the rough. His work ethic, personality, professionalism, and attention to details defies comprehension. If an employer can find an employee like *****, they should hang onto him for the duration. Our phone booth shower was an absolute train wreck when ***** arrived on the scene. It entailed a total demolition of the old product. The base for our tiles was a concrete board. The ceiling was a concrete substrate, as I installed it ***** years ago. We cannot thank him enough for his outstanding work and his determination to arrive at an impeccable final product. We have to say, that after 3 1/2 weeks on this project that he has satisfied our needs to the nth degree. Thank you, *****, for your work.**** & ***************************

      **** was super friendly and is a great technician. He was there to replace window sashes and did a great job. I also mentioned that the new sliding door was not working properly. **** repaired it for us even though that was not his reason to be at our house. Great Job!!

      I bought my windows a few years ago . Was having an issue with them closing correctly. To get an appointment at first was a little difficult but finally happened. Took along time for the parts to come in. They finally arrived and an appointment was made The contractor for new pro called and was right on time and very professional cleancut andpolite andreplaced the parts was very happy with this young man .

      Vinny was our service person today. He called when he was on the way and was very punctual. As he did the repair he explained what and why he was doing it. Vinnys communication with us was excellent. He was thorough and very pleasant. New Pro is fortunate to have an employee that not only does the repair correctly, but represents New Pro with quality and professionalism. ****** *** and ***************************
