      Our small business paid Jamn $500 to run our advertising through promotional beer glasses in a local pub. This was 9 months ago. The owner keeps giving us the run around claiming production issues, but the truth is that he didnt fill the promotional spaces and just doesnt want to give anyone their money back.

      As you can see from the attached file the glasses are actually produced - and yes we had serious supply chain issues but sadly every once in a while a client finds the need to respond in vulgarity and not follow fact and reality. Supply chain issues are a sad after-affect of the infamous pandemic as we have even had one of our printers tell us he couldn't get blue ink for almost three weeks.

      These glasses were delivered to the restaurant back in March, and on the date of delivery I contacted the ****************** phone number offering to deliver a sample of the glass in person as I was actually at the restaurant when the delivery took place. I met our delivery driver there as this restaurant has been securing our promotional glasses there for approximately 7 plus years now and I felt the need to be there for the customer service aspect, and I was planning on also stopping at the ****************** for a visit after the unprofessional last phone call she made to me.

      I still have a sample in my possession I will gladly deliver as it is customary that all advertisers also receive a complimentary copy of the product they are advertising on, a policy that has been in affect all 16 years of JamnProductions Media Group's existence.
