    this auto repair shop has unlicensed mechanics working on cars which is what happen to me. they caused 4200 dollars worth of damage to my 2013 jeep grand cheerokee and i am looking for some type of compensation for this. the owner has completely ignored the situation on purpose so i do not know what other steps to take at this point

    I am rejecting this response because:

    if i had to guess the exact date i would say it was on 5/27/2024 the falsely diagnosed my vehicle with a issue of the radiator which was not the case it was my oil cooler tank that was leaking and needed to be replaced which is a big difference, they said it was my radiator  this was not the case when replacing the radiator ( that they did not even need to replace) they did not bleed the system properly which then caused damage to the head gasket which caused it to  mix anti freeze and engine oil which lead to me having to replace my hole motor that cost me ***** dollars i later found out that the mechanic that the shop owner allowed to work on my car was not licensed and  has several unlicensed mechanic working in his shop now i have reached out to the owner on several occasions but him and his mother (who is the actual owner of the shop, the shop is in her name her son **** just runs it)  refuse to make things right i am working on getting more paper work together incase this turns into a civil matter and i have to sue them

    My axel and ball joint broke on my car and I got it towed to the mechanic on Wednesday 11/23 and on 11/25 thats when I found out it was my axel and ball joint. They did not discuss pricing with me all they told me is they need to find the parts for it. On 11/25 was the last thing I heard about my car . On 11/26 my significant other received a call stating my car was ready, we were both confused due to the fact not knowing how much the work or parts were going to be so I never have authorization to work on the car . And they are trying to charge me 600$ when I feel like I should only pay for labor since nobody called and discussed anything with me.
