      Came to them because I needed help fixing my car first I was told I had to pay  1000 for a starter for that not to be the problem and through out all this they were still trying to charge me 150 just to look at my car .. broke my center console replaced all my buttons with after market pieces and lied and said my pieces were aftermarket because they didnt want to pay to fix what they broke left my car in neutral after I told them to return the car how it was now it sitting in the back of my house being held by bricks so it wont roll into my neighbors house . This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a business left me for dead when I needed the help the most

      The car is a 2012 *** 528i xdrive .. car was dropped on may 7

      we went above and beyond for this customer.  Customer requested that we put in a starter and did not want to pay for diagnostics.  He approved the installation of the starter without us doing the diagnostics. Once the starter was installed and the vehicle still did not start, we did not charge for repair. We had initially informed him that we did not believe it was a starter.  ******** believed it was a battery so we also replaced the battery to test his theory and that still did not work.  We also did not charge him a diagonstic fee so he did not to pay for the repair or diagnostics.  The vehicle needs an engine assembly. We left the parking brake off so that the vehicle could be safely parked.  We did everything in our. power including towing the vehicle back to customers house at no charge.  We replaced the broken part of his brake lever at NO CHARGE to him with a FACTORY switch.   The customer did not wish to proceed with recommended diagnostics or repairs so we towed vehicle out of the city for him at no charge.  We did not damage the vehicle in any way. We only made it able to be towed safely.  If the customer wishes to return for parking brake repair we are happy to do so at the applicable charge.
