    HAYE Transportation company was hired to transport my vehicle from ***** back to ***********. ******* the transport, this company damaged the Carbon fiber roof on my **** This damage was. noticed ******* the delivery inspection. At this time the driver attempted to get me to sign the bill of landing and lied about what it was that he was trying to get me to sign. After refusing to sign and informing the driver that I needed to have someone call me from the company, he stated he would inform them and have someone reach out to me first thing in the morning. I never received a call and after sending a number of text and calls to the driver phone, he then responded and stated that he would get this matter handled. At first the driver attempted to not go through the companies insurance and stated that he would pay for repairs out of his own pocket. ****** suggested a shop for the repairs, which I kindly took the car to for an estimate at his request. I then sent that estimate to the driver. After receiving the estimate and observing the cost of the repairs, the driver then proceeded to go *** as well as the trucking company. Both the driver and the company refused to answer or return any calls or messages. I was able to locate the transportation companies insurance via the contract that was provided by the broker company for the transport, at which point I placed a claim With their insurance. This matter is still on going and their insurance at the moment is giving me a hard to pay for the damages and the repair. The transportation company still refuses to answer or get back to me leaving me with a damage car still to date. Id also like to mention that the transportation company was paid ******. the damage cause was *********.
