    They have access to some popular products, and have a wide variety of flavors of their own product. Unfortunately, their delivery service for wholesale orders is always late. They dont pack the trucks effectively, so the drivers have to spend more time on the road, and inevitably have to end their day without emptying the truck. The tend to lose stock or discontinue products without notice, so you dont find out until after you order and then it doesnt show up. When you speak with customer service, there is never any real answer, just that they are behind and have to push things back, but it happens every week. Their systems are very behind, with no digital ordering, so you have to email in or order over the phone. They also dont have a  ready list of available products, so you are just guessing when you order and hope it comes. Our rep also hasnt responded to half of our messages and it took months to get a small plastic piece for our cooler, that they have readily available.

    The Polar Supervisor spoke with the ************ Manager at this account. The customer was asked to copy the supervisor when placing orders so he can make sure that they flow through the system properly. We did find that this account was setup for the wrong delivery day, so we made the change to help correct the delivery issue.  The ************ Manager has our supervisor's contact information if problems still arise.
