From the start of my boat purchase I was told one thing and ended up finding multiple issues but dealer insisted on telling me otherwise I wanted to test everything there but was promised that everything was good to go so I took dealers word for someone whos been in business for 50 years dealer also installed used parts on the boat after we did a sea trail and found a major leak dealer also would not provide me with paperwork done for leak repairs for my own records told me that the paperwork was private not sure what that meant had to threaten him with legality and was given a email only describing that the leak was sealed but no break down of what was repaired and replaced also had a pump issue dealer gave me a 35 year old used pump dad did not work then gave me another 33 year old pump and told me that he had sold me a used boat so I was only getting a used pump now Im dealing with a water leak inside of the boat but he failed to tell Me that as well Im dealing with that my self because I just dont want to deal with this dealer anymore Im not one to leave any reviews but after this purchase I had no choice I know I did not purchase a brand new 100K boat but regardless of the price coming from a dealer its should be ready to go when you hide things from your customers thats when it will back fire I hope your next customer does not leave there without doing a thorough inspection of everything!

Thank-you ***************** for your view of your purchase we apologies we were not able to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase as stated with more than 50 years in business we value our name but more so we value our customers who have allowed us the opportunity to serve them thru all these years. This was a **** vessel that was being purchased, we value this transaction as much as a 2023 vessel purchase. Upon initial contact and viewing by ****************** and his "mechanic" and negotiations on price the first list of desired fixes were presented. This list along with others we found as the boat was prepped for sale were addressed. Our next step before delivery is a live water test which once again **************** and his "mechanic" attended. Being on the water after being in storage allows the opportunity for additional concerns that *** appear to be addressed. Once again items that became apparent were addressed by the dealer. Prior to final delivery again the opportunity for *************** and his "mechanic" were given at the water to review the issues of concern were addressed. Delivery was made and a follow up request was impatiently made for and itemized list of work performed. The pump being replaced for the fresh water tank was tested in our shop and failed on installation another pump was tested and sent to this customer. A statement of work performed was given evidently not to the degree of that expected. It is not our policy to provide itemized work and parts receipts but to acknowledge those repairs and accept responsibility for those repairs. This review was the first communication since there *** still be an issue of concern subsequently we have contacted the customer to try and make it correct. As most know when buying new or used there *** always be issues to address we all in good faith do so that being said there also has to be a reasonable line of what items will and will not be repairs. We hope to hear back from ****************** and come up with a mutually agreeable solution so we can all say Happy Boating ahead! **************** has returned our call and the current leak is not at the transom which was repaired it seems to be with the heavy rain at the hatch and possible windshield. He is looking to hire a mechanic from his ****** to try and diagnosis where the leak *** be originating. We hope **************** will utilize our offer to let us know if there is anything we can help with.
