  Had an extremely negative experience with Jeffrey T and cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid hiring him. Here are the major issues I encountered: Failure to Pay Subcontractors: Jeffrey did not pay the subcontractors on our project, even though we had already provided him with the funds to do so. He misled the subcontractors, claiming we owed him the money, which caused significant conflict. Non-Compliance with Building Codes: Jeffrey's work was not up to code. This oversight resulted in several failed inspections and required additional time and money to correct. His disregard for regulatory standards put the entire project at risk. Exorbitant Overcharging: The costs Jeffrey charged were excessively high compared to the initial estimates. ***** ** ********** We eventually decided to terminate our working relationship with him and after doing so we discovered that equipment worth thousands of dollars was missing. ******* *** *** *** **** *** ****** **** ***** ***** ***** **** ******* ** ********* **** *** ********* Unprofessional and Arrogant Behavior: Throughout our dealings, Jeffrey was incredibly difficult to work with. His narcissistic and arrogant demeanor made it almost impossible to resolve issues or have productive discussions. His attitude was a significant barrier to the project's success.In summary, my experience with Jeffrey T was abysmal. He is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Save yourself the headache and find a contractor who is trustworthy and competent.

  First off, below is a letter from *******************************, who posted this complaint. As you can see there is a huge difference in her description of my character. It is correct that Taylor Made Construction is in possession of funds that were being held for the finish plumbing which, the plumbing contractor was aware of. At the time ********** ********** informed me that they would be replacing Taylor Made Construction with another contractor the funds were not owed to the plumbing contractor because the finish hadnt been started. I did explain to the sub-contractor that no funds would be released until ********** ********** paid their past due invoices.There have been no failed inspections on this project which can be confirmed online with the town of *********. I challenge ********** ********** to produce said failed inspections.I have completed many projects for ********** ********** and until this point there have been no problems. As clearly indicated in the below email which was written a few weeks prior to this complaint. I believe this to be more about ********** ********** inability to meet the financial obligations of such a large job and less to do with Taylor Made Construction's work ethic. ********** **********, clearly, was not equipped to manage the accounting on such a large job. Taylor Made was always forthcoming with the cost of this job. Every invoice was submitted in writing and approved by ********** **********.I am willing to release any funds held if ********** ********** pays the past due invoices #**** in the amount of $11,440.00 #**** in the amount of $7,513.50 And the remaining 10% of the project
