    Met ****** ********* on may 10th, 2024..He made me aware of how the sooner the better i pay because he was filling up..he asked for the entire amount and $2000 installation fee when installed..I was told it would be in may for a 12x24 above ground saltwater pool..he told me that I would not need a permit but could always get one if anyone would complain down the road..when I expressed my concern that no electrician would risk his liscence should I need electrical work done..he then told me that he would help me find one..When I did more research, I realized that it could mean huge trouble for me down the line and definitely needed a permit.I also did not get permission from the owner of the house to install a pool plus I had flooding problems in the yard and water coming into the house..I cancelled the pool..****** always took weeks to answer calls and texts if at all..July 2nd I told him that I would seek legal action and he finally answered..told me that he would refund me in full once he sold my pool..another time he told me that if he returned the pool he would take a hit of 25%..I texted back on July 22 and never heard from him again..he had all summer to return or sell the pool..He never said anything about any special order..It said pools are in stock and ready to install..He could have sold or returned as far as may.. He never said that the pool arrived and gave a date for installation..Everything was like pulling teeth to get any answer back..I do have texts where he tells me that he would refund me in full and that he would not have sold me the pool had he know that it was not my property..I am 70 years old and had no experience in this..****** did not ask any questions, and did not tell me that i definately should get a permit.He only said that I would have to act fast due to him filling up on orders.. I believe he works with ****** pools..I hope that you can help me out..It is now the end of summer and he is just ignoring me..Thank you, ***** ******
