    1. I spoke with **** about sidings on Monday 11/28/2022 and he said he would talk to his friend and they will give me a call in the afternoon about siding 2. ***** called me in the afternoon saying Ecuadorian guy told him to called me for siding- I asked was it ****- he said yes 3. He evaluated and give a quote ( $7500) on Thursday 12/1 and asked for 50% deposit for material-he came by Friday to picked up the check and told me he will order on Saturday but will let me know ASAP - he cashed the check that friday 4. I then told him i may change the style but will talk to friend- He said he will come on Saturday- he canceled- he would come on Sunday- he canceled and asked me to trust him that he will come Monday and that if i do not trust him he will return money QUICK- I asked who sent you , give me name and phone number- he said he would send me the text of that referring **** but he never did up to today 5. He canceled Monday appt. and when i asked my money back and terminate contract- he came in the afternoon with a friend and while to discuss the contract, he told me not to let his friend hear it Also, he told me that it was **** sent him and not *****.   **** showed up in my house and he said hi- i said" Is it ****" he said " no, he is not- this **** is my friend and i have not seen him for 2 years" 6. I asked for a new contract because i realized that he did not include windows in the contract while verbally i told him that the windows must be covered by aluminum right at the beginning- who want the winddowns uncovered when doing siding- 7. He wrote new contract- i was not aware of the old contract would disappear and the new automatically replaced because he use an app instead of regular word program 8. I asked why the $3750 is not on new contract and why he now asked for 70% deposit and he said it is the rule- i told him the material is not that much and i never paid 70%- yet i will have my friend review 9. After few times, he sent new contract for $9000 including the winddown covering and asked for 70% deposit 10. I received both contract on Wednesday 12/7/2022 morning, printed out at work and gave to my friend and i told him my friend **** will call and talk to him Friday- I also call the state and his business is not registered 11. When my friend talk to him on Friday 12/9 , he said we are not going to forward with contract and will not pay any more- noone pays for 70% upfront- he told us to call the lawyer and it is not our business to investigate if he is registered - he will contact his lawyer too- yet he ask me to trust him and he can apply for permit- i said i want to terminate my contract 11. I told him and text him i want to terminate the contract and want my deposit back- and i now believe **** siding is the one sent him here and i do not trust both of them 12. I have text him, called him since Friday 12/9 and he said he would call me but never did- 13. I told him i want us to resolve issue before relying to the lawyer and court and it would cost me money but it would affect his profession and he still silent and non responding 14. When i called him at 12/12/2022 at 12:20 pm at work, he asked who am i and i said it is ****, he hang up
