    I have been to this dentist 4 times and have had very unpleasant experiences 3 of those 4 times and a strange first appointment. The person cleaning my teeth seemed to be afraid of what they were doing, which made me think that person was brand new, which spiked my anxiety even higher. The dentist was nice and I was looking forward to seeing him again when I came in for a crown only to find out he didn't work there anymore. Disheartening. They gave me Dr. M******* who has been demeaning, degrading, insulting, callous and downright mean. I asked if I could have the numbing gel before novocaine because I have weird PTSD issues with it from childhood dental trauma and he told me it doesn't work; you have to wait at least 5 minutes but used it anyway, waited 3 seconds then proceeded to stab me twice with novocaine and had to give a third dose when I questioned why I was in so much pain. The next time I came in for the permanent crown, my cat had just died, and I was very upset, but at least he wasn't nasty that day. The following "emergency visit" for a broken filling he said, "Oh my god! How did you even do this!?" I don't know; I need help fixing it. So, they set up another "emergency visit" a MONTH later, while I had a giant hole in my tooth, to refill it and to either come in for a root canal and crown in 6 months if I experienced pain or to just come in for a crown in 6 months if I don't experience pain in that time. He also said to the assistant as he was working in my mouth that it was my fault for breaking the filling and my fault for getting the tooth dirty in the first place to ever need a filling. You don't know my life or my history and to insult me like that in front of me like that was beyond ridiculous and aggravating. I didn't deserve that treatment when I have been nothing but respectful and pleasant. I have already called and asked specifically not to see Dr. M******** Hopefully next week's appointment goes well.
