      I had my Irish knit sweater cleaned by the company and the sweater shrunk badly. I was initially offered $65.00 by the customer service rep at the White cleaners on ******** St where I originally brought the sweater. When I refused to accept that amount I asked for owner/manager name and contact number.I have made several attempts to reach the owner/manager and was told I could not contact the manager After several conversations with the customer service rep at the ******************* location I was told the owner is the White and Brite Cleaners on **** **, *********,**.I called that location and left a message on voice mail requesting a call back with no response. On Wednesday April 12th I went to by the customer service that manager not in and to call back at 9:00 am the next day. This customer service rep then asked if I was the person who left the previous day. I called White and Brite on Thursday April 13th before 9:00 am and was told manager not in and he is supposed to be calling me This Sweater cost $165.00 and I feel I should be compensated more than $65.00
