  Ray responded quickly and arrived when he said he would. He found the problem easily and clearly explained what was going on. The fix was made quickly, cleanly, and at a fair price. I will call again for my next electrical repair. Kind, courteous, and responsive service. Thank you.

  can't say enough positive things about the electricians I hired in Worcester recently. Steven and his son Ray are amazing. I found them on the BBB site, which shows license,insured and rating.Not only were they honest and fun to work with, but they also went above and beyond in every aspect. Despite what began as minor issues, they uncovered unsafe wiring that required immediate attention. Throughout the process they maintained a cheerful demeanor, playing great music and injecting fun in what could've been a stressful situation.This father and son duo exemplify integrity and professionalism, never cutting corners and ensuring everything was up to code. What really impressed me was their ability to find creative solutions and reduce demolition, while ensuring everything was done correctly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy, and master electricians. Thank you for your outstanding work!I will definitely only call you in the future.

  Two guys came out and they quickly replaced 2 lights. They arrived as planned, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I absolutely will hire them again.

  Steve and Ray have been wonderful to work with! We had a hard time finding a reliable electrician for our 3 family property. From the minute I met Ray, I hoped that we had found who we were looking for, and we had.They have grounded the house for us, put in a whole new main panel, added a landlord panel, added sensor lights and hardwired smoke and CO detectors to bring us into compliance, replaced some of our knob and tube wiring and completed some minor repairs in the last 3 years. The tenants are also comfortable having them around - very personable and knowledgeable. We look forward to having them again when were ready for the next phase of work.

  Steven and Son Ray did a good job for a smaller job for two kitchen lights and wiring. They were reliable, came the following week, and went to store to get new lights, I was glad they were recommended to me and would use them again and give referrals. Nicest men, reliable, honest and dependable, plus reasonable.
