    Purchased 6 tickets for $828. Requested Best Seats. Day of concert we were seated behind a major equipment which blocked our view of the stage. Spoke with Sales manager who said they did not know about this equipment prior to my purchasing the tickets. They moved us to a different location which was even worse than the original so we went back to our original seats and strained our necks trying to watch the show. Sales manager said it was just tough luck on our part. Provided manager with pictures of our obstructed view who was sympathetic but no restitution provided. Not an answer I was anticipating.
