    I hired Christopher to come and do some repairs in my home. We agreed to a price of $1950 after he came one day and barely sanded my living room floors I gave him a $300 deposit as he said he would be back to finish them, He had an employee come a few days later to install a ceiling fan to which this employee could not and cut the wires to the fan. The next day he had another employee come out to install the fan, but this employee could not as the wires were cut. I texted Chris and told him I wanted this fan replaced and he agreed to do so. After hours of texting he said I needed to return the fan due to the fact the wires would not fit. I have reached out to my lawyer as this is absolutely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I want the $300 back plus the cost of the fan.

    Floors were sanded properly and customer was instructed that her fan had the wrong wirin gon it to fit her new ceiling fan and she was instructed to return it to get her money back or a fan with the correct wiring harness.She refused to do so.With over $150,000 in correctly completed work per year we stand behind our work and professional diagnostics.We are the biggest Handyman service in Worc County for a reason due to our expertise

    BBB spoke to the business, he stands by his previous response to the consumer. He stands by his work, and his recommendation that the consumer return the fan for a refund. He has no further comment to add on the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: This company has numerous complaints against them. The owner is nothing but rude and money hungry. I have emailed the BBB pictures of the floor which is very obvious that it is not even close to being ready to stain. And as I stated before I find no reason that I should have to try to return a "broken" fan when the error was on the company. You cannot return something that is open and broken. I have a text from the owner stating that he will buy me a new fan and he apologizes for 'Bobbys' mistake. I am asking for the $300 I gave him for a deposit as well as $139 for the fan. I can email documents to support this.
