Vice president a rude individual who treats their customers like garbage. Had no problem sending employees onto private property. Have ring doorbell footage of employee jumping a locked back fence and trespassing but VP Jesse H did not care and blocked me from further contact after trying to get a final word, very petty. Dont go here unless you want to deal with children.

I understand your frustration with someone showing up to your house unannounced, but unfortunately, we are not provided your information to notify you that we are going to the property. The buyer's attorney hires us to perform a mortgage plot plan in order for the buyer to receive the loan to purchase the house. The buyer's attorney generally notifies the realtor or sellers attorney stating that we will be arriving within 7 business days. I tried to help in the situation by asking multiple times for the address to stop having an employee go to your property, but I just kept receiving threats and personal attacks with no address, phone number, or any way to determine the property location. We perform over 100 of these mortgage plot plans a day and can only determine the job by being provided an address which I explained numerous times. I am still happy cancel this job once an address is provided, and feel free to call my office providing that address. After being contacted multiple times with threats and personal attacks I unfortunately had to block that email from further harassment.
