    On Jun 30 2022 I ordered a replacement filter for my RxAir system at a cost of $199.00. RxAir Order # *****. On the order page it clearly stated that I would be provided a return shipping label to return the used filter. I received the new filter on Jul 8 2022. There was no return shipping label included with the new filter. I contaced the company on Jul 9 2022 via text as required. Today Jul 11, 200 I received a reply telling me that they dot not provide a return shipping label for a regular return, only for defective filters. That is not what the information provided stated.

    Almost immediately the notice was removed from the page. It was on the original orering page but after I complained to them it was remove. The only part I have is what I cut and sent to BBB.

    It was an error that our side still showed disposal. We are unable to dispose of the cartridges. I offered to issue the customer a return label for the cartridge they purchased and issue them a full refund once we received the cartridge via email. We notified the customer that they should contact their local garbage company for disposal and they would assist them.
