    The best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. The kind of white glove treatment many customers like me dream us. . . as it is rare. My appliances were bought several years ago from Percys for a newly built home. While the appliance was no longer under warranty, *****, an amazing customer service representative, worked with me to find a company to service my appliance. She went above and beyond. She identified the company, reached out to the company, did the intro and hand off, and followed up with me a few times to ensure that my issue was addressed. If only all companies treated their customers with this level of care. So very grateful!

    Bought a Frigidaire dishwasher, first try it didn't let the soap pods out until the end of wash and they were just sitting on the floor still whole. Tried all three cycles and still nothing. Called Percy's, they sent someone out that said the pump motor was not working right. He was going to order parts, after a week of not hearing from him I reached out to him with no answer and Percy's wanted to just keep waiting for him. UNACCEPTABLE so I called Frigidaire myself and was told he never ordered any parts and that they would order and send someone else out.. which stated not motor issue maybe hose issue, put loop in hose and it flooded out and didn't drain. Asked Percy's for new one with this one having so many issues from the start said it was up to Frigidaire now.. week late Percy's called me back said Frigidaire not going to try and fix again that a credit was issued for me to get another one. I told her i was getting rid of this one before i come get new one she said ok. Showed up the following week to pick one out and was informed that they wanted the unit back knowing i was paying to have it removed... now i am getting no credit to get another one.. called Frigidaire and they said Percy's was supposed to tell me before i got rid of it to take the serial tag off and bring to them and they weren.t asking for unit back and my beef was to be with Percy's for knowing i was getting rid of it and not asking for tag and lying about Frigidaire wanting the unit back. Now i have no dishwasher and have lost my original 350.00. Percy's offered to take 100.00 off any new dishwasher that I wanted. REALLY you want me to pay you twice....Said no along with other words and left.

    Thank You ****. I did receive the call from the store manager immediately after your response and also received the full credit towards another dishwasher which I have already received and is working great. ******

    Zero quality of Customer Service  Zero quality of Service and Repair for Electrolux poor!!!Overpriced Ripped off Paid for 5 yrs extended warranty Now they messed up all the paperwork entering the wrong company for service repair and as a result claim was denied.Ripped off Quality of front load washer is poor Model D EFLW317T1W New Leaf 5 yrs appliance warranty not honored Poor Quality of customer service and repairs have still not been completed.No money to buy another one and issue still has not been resolved Auburn Serv Rep Came here in error now ******** Appliance Repair Service is pending approval and supposed to be calling to setup another service call.I am totally dissatisfied And I deserve to be compensated.Nothing has been done to resolve this issue!

    I bought a dehumidifier on June of 2021 from ******* in *********, **. It worked reliably for two months. As it stopped working I though it was because the humidity was dropping. This spring the problems continued and I spent a lot of time reading and trying to fix it. I am disappointed with the quality of the product. From hindsight, I should have addressed this last Fall. The ******* salesperson highly recommended this product. For these reasons, I will think twice about returning to *******. Other Appliance Dealers seem to do a better job at only displaying quality products. Although I spoke to a nice person at *******, my trust of the quality of ******* products has been shaken.
