      Really bad experience! I had a procedure done elsewhere, and the report indicated that I needed further examination via ultrasound. Reliant Medical Group did not order the ultrasound; instead, they ordered the same procedure I had already undergone. After the procedure, I requested the ultrasound again, but they did not order it and mistakenly scheduled the same procedure once more. I nearly underwent the same procedure three times. This resulted in significant delays and numerous errors. Last month, Reliant said they would investigate the duplicated procedure, but instead of receiving the investigation results, I got a text from a debt collector. They are untrustworthy, focused solely on profit, and lack professionalism.

      Absolutely horrible experience. My primary care doctor and the pediatrician are excellent.Nevertheless, I just dislocated my patella for the second time, and I am with so much pain in both my knees.I just wanted my primary care doctor to send a referral to an authopedic surgeon outside the Relient Medical Group. The referral office flat out refused to send a referral and asked me to go see a specialist within the relient medical group only. I have read horrible reviews about the authopedic doctor they are sending me to. I am extremely unhappy and upset about this medical group and how they try to keep their patients within their group and not thinking about the well being of the patient for simply to make money out of the insurance.I would prefer to change my primary care provider and the pediatrician and get out of the Relient Medical Group in the future.Absolutely horrible customer services from medical referral services at relient medical:(

      Reliant has failed to offer me any treatment after a ** visit (I can never get in to see my normal physician without a two-week wait). Swollen, sore glands (which the PA noted) indicate a likely bacterial infection, and, not exaggerating, the doctors have offered me nothingno medicine, no attempt to determine what is wrong after noting a Lyme test I requested came back negative. My PC (who has not seen me) ordered a consult with an ENT at my request. Meanwhile, one week after seeking help, my neck is getting stiff, and I am feeling worse. No ENT appointments have been scheduled Nothing is being done. I am leaving the Reliant system. I might addand it should not ******* have good med insurance and all bills are paid.

      I LOVE my Dr, who is with Reliant, BUT, am worried because it seems lots of Drs are jumping ship, probably for good reason! So,BOTH my parents Drs have recently jumped ship and they are both left hanging. Mom has end stage *********** and Dad is a stroke victim with issues. So, I try to get a new Dr within Reliant and guess what? Literally NO ONE is taking new patients. Also, while researching Drs, nowhere, on any platform, can I find reviews of these Drs or NP's or PA's. Don't know how Reliant pulls this off, but it is very underhanded. I hate to leave my Dr, but I must find a new one so I don't have to deal with these same problems in several years. My prediction? Reliant will eventually become defunct due to Drs jumping ship (maybe they will just employ the *** students); and also due to their impersonal lack of concern and empathy for patients and their total focus on money. So Thanks Reliant!!! I'm sure you will simply answer with the standard form paragraph

      My family, too was left without primary care Dr's. My son had no doctor for months. He has autism and a heart condition. Yesterday I got a letter from my pcp, who is leaving March 10th!!! Not even a week's notice. Been with this practice since ****. Wow. My NP and another Dr are gone too. Something must be terribly wrong for all these providers to jump ship. Disgusted.

      Reliant has left us high and dry without a primary care doctor! Our doctor left Reliant, Sept. 2022,we were given really short notice.Like a week. and they have no new primary care doctor for us! We have been with Reliant since the 80's when they were Fallon,but that counts for nothing.Just left with out with a doctor! Shame on you Reliant!! They just tell you to call up your insurance for a new doctor list outside of them.I need a referral -not happening here! Bad!!

      I believe they are horrible place to work for since optimum took over all the doctors are leaving or theyre firing them to bring in their own new doctors their labs of shut down because of bad supervisors Not doing their jobs and their pay is horrible you make more money working at ********* than you do working for their lab also they overwork you
