    Absolute nightmare of a place to get help. All they do is exacerbate your mental health problems. Horrible unfriendly staff, completely useless front desk, constantly rotating psychiatrists. Finally ended up not going back due to insurance issues. My therapist assured me I will not have to pay out of pocket despite the issues I was facing. Now a year and a half later I receive a bill for $290 after paying the copay at the time. Thanks Cornerstone! I hope you get shut down. I will do everything in my power to spread the world of your terrible business practices.

    This individual did not have insurance for two dates of service and was billed several times for those services. I can only assume the last bill triggered this review. The dates of service were indeed from last year but what the individual did not mention is that he did not have insurance for those dates, was billed several times and never paid the bill. The therapist should have never told the patient he would not have to pay for services, if this is indeed what happened which I question. All patients sign an agreement when starting therapy stating that they will be responsible for payment if they are uninsured on the date of a service.
