    Hi on the last Thursday of April I brought my motorcycle to wagner motorsport so they can fix it and a tune up, to this day they still have it and they still not do anything to her, I call on (Friday May 10 2024 ) (May 17 2024) and the only answer they gave me was they clean the gas tank and they put it on schedule, that was on the 10, I call again on the 17 and they gave me the same answer, they clean the gas tank and the going to put it on schedule. I'm just need my motorcycle for work and I want a bill adjustment for the time and money I'm loosing because this issue, especially when people who brought they motorcycle after mine and with worst problem then mine they already got theirs I'm I still waiting

    Good morning,

    When You brought your bike in it was in extreme duress. It had not been started in over a year and appeared to have never been serviced. Initially we couldn't even get the gas tank cap off as it was rusted on, however, once we were able to remove it, we provided a list of work that needed to be done just to get the bike started. Some of the notes include: 

    - New fuel pump
    - New battery
    - Thorough tank cleaning (the fluid inside is brown sludge)
    - New air filter

    We had it on the schedule, but on May 8th You phoned us and informed us that You didn't want to do the work. We removed the bike from the schedule accordingly. 

    On May 9th, You called back and informed us that you had changed your mind and that you now wanted to continue with the work. At this point we had to reschedule the originally scheduled work because we filled the time slots with other customers.

    Once the parts arrived we got the bike back on the bench and completed the work. On May 28th we informed you that the bike was now running. We completed the air filter and oil change. The fuel tank was as clean as it could be without replacing the entire fuel tank. We also informed you that you would likely have problems down the road if something gets stuck in the new fuel pump and provided you with a list of additional work that should be done. There is enough work required that our team could not safely perform a test-ride. 

    We appreciate all of our customers and do everything in our power to make sure we satisfy all concerns. Unfortunately there are times when customers neglect their motorcycle for years and are unwilling to complete basic safety and maintenance tasks. We cannot be held accountable for not performing tasks that you rejected. We would be happy to complete all of the required work on your motorcycle and make it safe for the roadways.
