    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tabbutt Asphalt and Paving Company regarding their work's substandard quality and failure to honor repair commitments.On August 31, 2023, Tabbutt Asphalt and Paving completed work on my driveway. However, less than a year later, a section of the driveway has failed and requires repair. I contacted the company in April 2024, and they promised to fix the issue. Despite this assurance, the repair was never completed. September 2024, I made multiple follow-up requests for the necessary repair work, and again, the company claimed they would return to address the issue. To date, no repairs have been made, and the situation remains unresolved.I am incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of the initial work and the company's lack of follow-through on their promise to rectify the problem. I request that Tabbutt Asphalt and Paving be held accountable and the necessary repairs be completed immediately.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

    On 5/30/24 my husband and I signed a contract with Tabbutt Asphalt and Excavation. This contract was for the installation of a fence around my back yard. This contract was signed after two in person conversations with ****** Tabbutt. The initial step was to deliver a load of topsoil to an area of the yard that was lower than the rest. He said he would deliver the topsoil the next day and the money was in part to purchase the fence materials. We have not heard a word from him since 5/30. Both my husband and I have texted him. Phone calls to the business end with ringing that is not picked up and a mail box that is full. I have reached out to the business via the website but no response.I would like assistance in understanding how I go about getting our money back.

    On June 27, i reached out to Tabbutt to see if we could touch base. He replied that they were ready to start on July 4th. Needless to say he did not show up and I have not heard from him since.
