    I feel Piercing Emporium's front counter personnel are just there to make a quick dollar. I was given the wrong information. They also charge 40.00 dollars on my daughter's card for an appointment that is supposed to come off their card when everything is done and completed, when paid by a parent. But they still charged my daughter's card who is a minor, and charged me for the full price. When I called, they told me, that the 40.00 dollars was also part of the price. If a minor can't be in their establishment without a parent . How can they take the money from their credit card? The 40.00 dollars was taken out before we even arrived at Piercing Emporium. How can they charge your credit card before you even arrive at their establishment? I spoke to them over the phone, and it was like, no matter what I said, it was not going to help. I will be going back, to speak with the manager and get a complete itemized bill with a complete breakdown.

    I do not recommend going here there is a short guy with alot of piercings he is very rude and impossible to work with, kicked me and my daughter out for no reason and I wanted to buy earrings for her and the guy wasn't even a Manger its disgusting....
