    On December 28, 2023, around 1 pm I ordered a Turkey Rollup on their website. I never received a confirmation for my order like I always do so I contacted them to make sure they had received the order before I went to pick it up. When the girl answered I told her I placed an order but never received a confirmation could she please confirm they received the order. She told me no so I said to her my card had been charged $11.24 for the order so how could I get my money back. She said I don't know this has never happened before. She told me she would check with her manager and call me right back and asked for my phone number. Two hours later I had not heard from anybody, so I called again and told her nobody called me back I am still waiting to see how I am getting my money back. She said hold on let me ask my manager. I could hear her telling him what happened, and he refused to get on the phone to speak with me. He told her to give me a phone number to call, which was the number for ****** ****************** which is apparently the company that runs their website. I contacted them and they said they cannot issue refunds, but they would call Pizza Works on my behalf. I have been working with ****** for a couple of weeks now, and the owner keeps telling them that they are looking into it and then they never hear back from them. I know it is a small amount, but i did not receive my order and they walked away with my hard-earned money and obviously have no intention of giving me my money back. I look at that as stealing. They are definitely aware of this situation from both me and ****** they just don't care.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ********* which was attached to the business response shows the refund that was created was for customer name as *********************, which is not me.  I believe they refunded the wrong person.  If I am incorrect please let me know.  As of today nothing has processed through my account nor is anything pending in my account for the refund
