  Aaron from MenWon replaced a broken, dripping, very old bathroom sink faucet, drain, and pipes for us and also installed a shut-off for it (it was so old it didn't have one). He did an amazing job, incredibly thorough and detailed. Everything looks and works perfectly. He is extremely professional, forthright, and knowledgeable -- wonderful to work with. I know our older home will have future plumbing needs, and we are very happy to have located such an outstanding and reliable company.

  Aaron from MenWon did an excellent job replacing the aging faucet assembly on our kitchen sink, as well as upgrading the lines and cutoffs supplying the sink. Unlike other plumbers we called, he answered his phone, made an appointment with us and kept it, informing us as he was close to arrival. He explained all of our options to us, provided a choice of hardware, worked quickly and cleaned up the area when he was done. He also provided a 10% senior discount on labor for us. He's a real professional and we would certainly hire him again.

  As we await an opportunity to have a conversation, we are happy to clarify that we were consistent with our fair pricing of $350 for every branch cleaning and this customer can testify that two separate ********************** pipes were cleaned by us. A kitchen sink drain line which was 100% clogged and the bathroom vanity sink which was also 100% clogged after tenants had revealed that they applied chemicals on several attempts but did not materialize. From our current pricing for MenWon Plumbing and Drain Services, drain cleaning work, the combined job amounted to $700 and we even went on give a discount of $25 from the total amount which finally amounted to $675.We have evidence to this transaction and will keep on being responsive and accountable to all our clients. We are committed to our time and pricing even in the case of more hours we remain committed as seen in a previous review "We had a blocked kitchen pipe and called Aaron at MenWon Plumbing & Drain Services. He was at the house within an hour adhering to COVID protocol. Immediately, ***** gave us an estimate, which was extremely reasonable, for clearing out the drain. Unfortunately, for ****, clearing the blocked drain turned into a 5 hr job instead of the average 1-2 hours. Throughout the process, **** explained the issues arising and continued to work diligently until he completed the job. We were expecting that the original estimate would be "thrown out the window" and replaced with a very expensive bill. But, that wasn't the case, **** stuck with the original estimate!! **** was a responsible, diligent, pleasant young man, whom we will definitely call again if we need plumbing services in the future.   We just have a difference of opinion on what is fair. You've always responded quickly so I've hired you multiple times, though I have felt your charges to be inconsistent for the amount of work done - sometimes reasonable, sometimes high. Honestly, I was never aware you had flat rates and if that really is the case, you could have quoted me over the phone that the cost would be $700 and I would have shopped around because $700 or even $675 for less than an hour of work is not a fair price. Truly flat rates are not practical. A minimum cost to start work (this is where your flat rate belongs, but not at $700 for clearing two drains), estimated number of hours, and a maximum cost is how other businesses I work with charge and would be a more fair approach for both you and your clients. If the job ends up taking less than the estimated time, you charge only for the hours spent, especially for a loyal customer that always pays immediately upon completion of work. If the job took the maximum number of hours that you quoted, then you charge the maximum.I have paid your fee, since I am a good customer, but I'm not your customer any longer after this because you are too inconsistent on pricing.
