    If you are considering purchasing, or renting any Ruane Property Management condos (in *************, **, or other locations it manages, I would suggest reconsidering; especially if you have children. Yes, there is a diversity of ages, and backgrounds, but dont let this fool you. You would think you are living in a retirement community because of the harshness of the environment. From the moment my family moved in we have noticed a discriminatory behavior towards people of different backgrounds other than white. There is also a lot of ageism here. If you are an older person, or single you will do okay probably, but if you have a family you are trying to raise you will find neighbors (especially 55+) outside, or inside their homes taking pictures of your kids to complain to the property management. They are miserly and mean and will complain for the most insignificant, ***** things. When they arrive back home and they drive by the mailboxes, you will see them eagle-eying children playing outside with their phones ready to catch something they can make a complaint against. It could be something as simple as children playing outside in the snow building a snow fort and a little bit of snow falling on a neighbors driveway. If your children love the outdoors and go outside to play make sure to watch out for the 55+ community members. Even during Covid they complained over something as trivial as children dragging a broken tree branch (a small one) out from the ***** because lightly dragging it might damage the precious grass. This condo management company encourages neighbors to snitch on their neighbors with their phones ready to record anything that can possibly be misconstrued or violating the Condo rules and policies. Save your money and get a single family home where you and your kids are free & away from a negative environment where they are not welcome. The lady managing this company is very unkind, & unwavering. Santa will probably miss her home next Christmas.
