4/22/24 a granite counter was installed. I have tried contacting Quality Construction Division (******************* and or *********************************)numerous times to have him finish and view the project that i paid for, but with no reply. The finish thats on the granite which was installed is non except-able. There were several mistakes along the way by the installers which included different sizes of the backsplash. After several attempts along the way they never cleaned the granite surface so when I paid by check, the poor finish was undetectable at the time. The following days ahead a new tile floor was installed by myself to finish this job. When the floor was done and all the appliances were placed back I began cleaning the granite surface and getting a closer look at the finished project. I have a total of four complaints that are not acceptable by me nor by the home owner who happens to be my mother. 1. the sink was not mounted correctly with all the hardware 2. There are many voids in the silicone between the sink and granite which has water damage now in the sink base cabinet.3. The kitchen faucet hole was made off center to the window and base cabinet. The sink was centered in the window along with the front of the base cabinet as it was agreed upon.4. The granite finish has indentations/rough spots/pitting all over it. Which will harbor bacteria. I sent a text message to him on 5/8/24 along with a picture under the sink where the mounts were missing. Then i sent a second text on 5/25/24 in which he replied Ill call you next week. No call no text no nothing ,Ive left multiple messages along with texts on 6/4 , 6/5 , 6/6 ,6/13 , 7/3 i will be uploading pictures in true near future. Sincerely, *******************************
