    I had my driveway sealed and the cracks filled back in June by *** Foley, I waited the the recommendation of staying off the driveway. When I finally drove on it I had crackfill stuck in my tires and shoes, callled *** he came out and filled again another 6 days off the driveway before driving on it. Same thing happened again texed *** again and he wrote be back out had 3 other complaints from a bad batch. Well here it is end of July and I am being ignored by ***. I am very frustrated, because I still have the same c*** on my driveway that you cant drive, walk on without getting stuff stuck to your tires, shoes and it is very unprofessional of someone to do that . He is a worecester police officer and this is how he represents the city and his company. Very disappointed and its not easy tdy to come up with $350 dollars to have a driveway that is worthless now.. I just want my driveway fixed like he said he would do and not ignore your customers knowing you had 3 complaints and a bad batch. Still have the text and pictures. Hope you can help thank you **************

    Job was referred from a friend went out to take a look. Driveway is older with a few cracks but still in good condition for its age. I recommended hot pour crack sealant and sealcoat over a full rip out and replace. Customer agreed.

    Job was scheduled and completed. Customer was happy with finished product upon completion. A few days later I received a call that the crack sealant was soft and pulling up on the tires. Within a few days I went back with the crew and a couple spots had tires marks in the crack sealant. All crack sealant was repaired and the entire driveway was resealed at no cost or questions asked. 

    Customer was advised the crack sealant is a rubber based product and when the temperature is ***** degrees the asphalt is much hotter and the rubber will stay soft for some time. Tire marks and foot prints are common but settle over time. I recommended not leaving the vehicle parked on the rubber, just be sure to pull the vehicle up a foot so tires are not directly parked on the rubber. 

    A short time later I received correspondence from customer and the dislike for the crack sealant. I explained I had a few complaints and I would come back and take a look. When I took a ride by I observed customers car parked directly on the crack sealant where I advised previously to avoid. The rest of the driveway looked great. It should be noted that the other complaints received by customers where handled in the same manner and once repaired and advised of the why had no issues.

    We take pride in the work we do  residential or commercial but some people are unaware of the products we use and the effectiveness of said products. With all of this being said I returned to the property and the crack sealant is only damaged where the vehicle has been previously parked.

    At this point, there is nothing more that can be addressed. A full refund will be issued, as a company we apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. We wish the customer good luck in the future but we cant offer anymore in this situation.

    i would like to take the refund, that he offered because the car was not parked on it . I am at work every time he came by. And he would text me stating he stopped by. He never came and resolved after the admitting it was a bad batch and 3 other complaints. And wish him god will but will never recommend. ** for helping.
