    In October 2022 Ford's Hometown requested artwork files from Ready 2 Run. The artwork had been developed and paid for in 2021.The files that were sent were in a format that could not be opened. When finally the files were opened, the artwork was only pictures of the artwork that could not be manipulated for color or size.The format for these files should have been Adobe Illustrated (AI) files. The person corresponding, ***************************, did not specify what format these files were in or what was needed to open them to be able to manipulate them. The link to the files expired on Oct 21.

    We didn't provide the level of customer service that we pride ourselves on and we will be reaching out to the customer to resolve this issue by providing them with design file they are requesting.
