I made an appointment in March of 2024 to get a tattoo. I paid 500 dollars for the service and left in tears as it was absolutely awful. I went back almost immediately to talk to the owner directly. He took one look at my arm and was like oh my god Im so sorry about that Ill fix it free of charge for you. We set up and appointment for 6 months out! and when the day came I went got signed in and waited there for an hour before he told me he wouldnt have time to tattoo me. So he rescheduled me for another day another 3 weeks away. The day comes I go and spend another hour sitting there and he comes out again this time crying saying he has to leave he cant tattoo me today. Fine. So we book another appointment and again I show up that day and now theres another excuse why I cant be tattooed so we make another appointment. Then the day of this appointment he says my skin isnt good to be tattooed that day lets try again. So at this point Ive now come here and waited 4 separate times for a tattoo and never been tattooed. Then we set another appointment . This is the first time he actually sees me. Hes over an hour late to the appointment which makes my appointment time only about ***** minutes now. Obviously he doesnt have enough time to finish it now because he wasted his time outside smoking a cigarette and spray painting a car. So we book yet another appointment this time for January 25th 2025. They call me before the appointment say he cant see you today and reschedule me for today at 12. Then I receive a call after I already took off 12-2 from work that he cant see me until 2 now. So that obviously doesnt work for me I was expecting at appointment at 12. I ask if he cant see me at 3 and he tells me no he has appointments later. So its never an issue when its my appointment to cancel or change the time but god forbid they move someone else back a bit because of THEIR issue

This client has been notoriously difficult from day one, and a significant amount of this complaint is inaccurate.

She HAS been tattooed more than once, and has picked her skin/tattoo to the point of having to be rescheduled, again, more than once. The times she was given for rescheduling have always been an issue and it's hard to fit someone in when we are booked out several months in advance, especially when showing up with skin that cannot be tattooed because it has been picked at and vulnerable to infection. Her original tattoo done by ***** was a design approved by her, performed in a quality manner, and she was not satisfied because there were alterations she wanted that were not communicated until after she already received the tattoo.

As reflected in our reviews and rating on social media and ******, we have not had any of the issues erroneously described in this complaint with a single other client. This will be the only contact made from our side regarding this issue, as this client has already taken up a significant amount of time and resources with these bogus claims.

    Thank you.
